Step into the magical world of Mind Body Glitter Yoga. Based in New York City, Olivia believes yoga should be accessible to absolutely everyone. Teaching all-levels, athletic yoga classes that are both welcoming of first-time yogis and challenging for veterans, she incorporates mindfulness and creativity into each session through meditative visualizations that help even the most type-A New Yorkers find a moment of zen.
In addition to teaching weekly studio classes (and a full-time job as a television producer), Olivia loves partnering with good people to support good causes through yoga fundraisers. Check out past and upcoming projects or lend your support to a worthy cause here.
Olivia received her RYT-200 from Yoga in the World (RYS) via the badass earth goddesses Anayra Calderon and Marina De Lima. She is registered and insured via the Yoga Alliance. Inspired by the vigor of ashtanga-vinyasa, the community of Laughing Lotus, and the genius of Lisa Frank, Olivia's classes are designed to challenge your body and your imagination.
